We can ship products anywhere in India using the shipping method already designated.
Items will typically reach our esteemed customers in South Indian states / UT (Viz. Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Kerala and Pondicherry in approximately Seven weekdays (excluding Sunday and public holidays) from date of receipt of payment and in approximately Fifteen weekdays (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in other parts of the country (subject to Acts of God, beyond Human Control).
The despatch details of the product(s) including courier name and consignment note number will usually be mailed to the customer. Thereafter, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to track the same from the websit of the courier company (on-line or over phone).
(However, Lakshmi’s Andhra Pickles & Podis shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in delivery and damages to products that are beyond its control due to 'acts of God' such as earthquakes, typhoons, storms, fire, floodsetc and occurring of events such as war, riots, bandhetc)
1. Shipping Charges :Shipping charges are applicable.
2. Shipping method:We ship through any good rated courier services based on the delivery location of the order. Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by above courier services. We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Saturday) excluding public holidays. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive an email containing the shipping details so that you can track status of your order.
Don't accept if the packet is open or damaged. If you find if it is damaged after receiving the packet or any other complaints please intimate us within 24 hours.

Refund / Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website .
Vimpex is not responsible for the payment of return shipping, unless we've sent you the wrong or damaged item. We recommend you return your order with a shipping method you can track. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
Duration for “return booking” of the product where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or different to the product purchased on the website is 24 hours from the time goods received. Refund is given within 3 days from the date of receipt of returned goods. However, customer should send his bank account details through which the product is purchased through online.
Orders once placed & processed through Vimpexin may not be cancelled or refunded.
Estimated Delivery Time is the approximate 5 (South India) to 7 (other parts of India) weekdays days(excluding Sunday and public holidays) to deliver the Food items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, Vimpex shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had spilled / or were damaged, the Customer shall at the time of delivery return the food items to the delivery boy with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against signature of the delivery boy. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilled/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform Vimpexof the same within 24 hours. All the delivery charges for returning the product to Vimpex are to be beared by the customer in case customer decided to return the product. Vimpex shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of ten days from the date of such commencement. The decision of Vimpex on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.
After mutual agreement of refund of payment,Vimpex shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. In the event, if the COD servicing company denies to return back, Vimpex shall issue a cheque / DD of the amount in favour of the Customer. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of mutual agreement. If customer paid more than once for one transaction making the second and so on transactions as duplicate transactions, the duplicate transactions amount will be refunded to the customer via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
In case of Replacement for a product delivered, customers have to reach our support over email or phone to raise the dispute regarding the order within 24 hours of delivery. If the dispute is resolved resulting a product replacement required, Vimpex will work to deliver another order with correct product based on the outcome of the dispute resolution.Vimpex shall bear the delivery charges for delivering the replaced product. The timeline required to resolve the dispute and deliver the replacement product can be from 15 - 20 working days.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours from the time of online order. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Vimpex shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Vimpex.
Lakshmi’s Andhra Pickles & Podis will not ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. If the goods ordered are unavailable, Lakshmi’s Andhra Pickles & Podis may cancel the transaction and you will receive a full refund. The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.
