As our items are perishable and made to order, we do not offer Refunds and Returns. However, replacements are possible under the specific conditions mentioned below.

🔁 Replacement Policy (Applicable Only If)
We provide a replacement only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

The product was damaged or leaked during shipping

The product was expired on arrival

In such cases:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email

Share clear photos of:

The product

The packaging

The invoice

Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost within 3-5 business days.

Replacements are not applicable for the following:

Taste preferences (e.g., spice level, sourness, etc.)

Courier delays while the package is still in transit

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, unless the issue is verified and approved by our team
